There exists a version of Incubus with a commentary track… it claims that Leslie Stevens insisted on speaking Esperanto when directing the actors, so they were constantly confused. It also says Milos Milos was a scary dude who nobody really knew anything about and everyone avoided. He came to a bad end.
The film has a certain charm and atmosphere, but it’s really pretty darn lightweight.

In Esperanto, the Shatnerian rolling delivery actually makes the dialogue sound… conversational. He did better than most at making it sound like he really speaks the language.
