Perhaps this one’s a little far afield, as it’s not a horror film, but it is in a neighboring genre. I think. This is the Amazon.com description:
Two friends are spending a week, day/night crossing London inside a black cab and reading a science fiction book. In the story their imagination is so powerful that they are able to become the characters from the book and re-create new and better realities around them in 3D and in blue.
But mostly in blue:
Also note:
This product is manufactured on demand using DVD-R recordable media.
I’m really, really surprised.

What kind of title is WITH A MOUSE (TO YOUR MOUTH)?

I think I’ve finally found one that replaces Grave Danger at the top of my list.

Just looked up the amazon.com page myself out of curiosity (also tried to look it up on the IMDb, but, shockingly*, it wasn’t there), and found one interesting detail you didn’t mention:
Apparently, the film stars “Virtual Alien”.
Which raised more questions. Such as, is there actually an actor named “Virtual Alien”, or is this just a clever* way of saying that a CGI alien plays a prominent part in the movie?
Turns out there’s actually an actor named Virtual Alien.
Well, OK, it’s not his real name, obviously, but for some reason he apparently thinks that “Virtual Alien” is a much more reasonable name to be credited under than “Nick Peterson”. He also apparently thinks that it makes perfect sense to have his only photo on the IMDb be one in which his skin is painted blue and he’s making a goofy-looking pouty face.
None of this improves my estimate of the movie’s probable quality.
*Yes, that’s meant sarcastically.

With respect, I don’t think anything can top “Grave Danger.” But this is at least playing in the same league.
My suggested title would be “A Scanner Bluely.”

Wait a second… they are spending an entire week, days and nights, crossing London in a black cab?
Either that is the slowest-moving cab in history, or London is a lot bigger than I thought…

I love these give Me Chills posts. Every time I start questioning my artistic talent I can come back here and say, “Whelp, at least I can do better than this.”
What exactly is going on in that image?
What does the title mean?
And the synopsis. Oh boy. Almost as brain killing as the box art.

So that’s the back of someone’s ear… and that’s someone else looking into the camera with a dour expression… and then the same picture superimposed over itself in magenta… Okay, but what is that tube thing? It must be important because it’s in both the background and foreground pictures, but what is it? A musical instrument? A rolled-up slice of bologna? The entire image hurts my eyes, but this one aspect of it hurts my brain.

Given the title, I assumed that thing was probably a somewhat oddly-shaped (computer) mouse, but really that’s nothing more than a guess.

I get the feeling the copywriter didn’t know what the hell was going on, and that was a stream of consciousness piece as he tried to make sense of it.
“In 3-D and in blue”…really? Really, copywriter?
That cover is horrible, too.

Somehow, “What the hell?” doesn’t seem to do that image justice. I’m with Cullen, stuff like this makes me feel a heck of a lot better about myself.
