I’m sure many of us, whether we lurk, post, or do a little of both, consider your annual New Years post an important part of out yearly traditions. While as I write this it won’t be 2015 here in the eastern US for another seven hours or so, I now feel I can truly begin the new year, so thank you.
Also, of course, I want to thank you and all the other B-Masters for another year of wonderful reviews of not-always-wonderful films. Have a great 2015!
(And remember, if you’re feeling a little depressed about time going by, which often happens this time of year, 2015 is the year when the first-ever flyby of Pluto will take place, an event I personally have been looking forward to since long before it was actually planned… How can one not by excited about that?)

I’ve been waiting for a Pluto flyby since forever, and no planetary demotion can spoil my excitement. Even if it does turn out to be a boring, featureless hunk of ice-rock, I’m going to be giddy when it finally happens.

And if it reveals the hidden cities of Yuggoth where the Mi-Go dwell, all the better!

(poking around in the old comments as I wait for the clock to reach “Go Home” time)…
As it turns out, there’s an area on Pluto that’s been given the holding name of “Cthulhu Region”. And “Mordor” is on Charon….

…aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand insert lack of surprise that I managed to screw up another post’s formatting. Meet the new year, same as the old year.
Fuck’s sake…

Hey, nothing else can changed around here, why should that?
It’s kind of reassuring; like coming home. 🙂

And, since nothing else has changed, for the first time this year, I shall ask: Have I told you lately that I adore you?
And I shall answer: No, no I haven’t.
Well, I do.

Happy New Year’s, everybody!
My sister-and-law and I checked the release slate for 2015 and it seemed that everything being released was a sequel or something. So, may the B-Masters continue their reviews of series entries that they haven’t gotten around to reviewing, even if it means El Santo reviewing another Witchcraft film…I jest.
Have a great one, all!

Hey – Does Sydney have the exact same fireworks display every year? I think I recognize that photo…. (grin) Show’s you how long I’ve been happily following the B-Masters.

(i) No, (ii) you don’t, (iii) and you can tell it’s legit because the bridge logo differs each year. I’m very careful about that! 🙂

Congratulations on another year! I almost never comment, but the B Masters have been a regular stop on my “wasting time on the internet” circuit since 2007. Looking forward to another year.

A little late, but the good wishes are eternal… Happy New Year, B-masters, keep the great reviews (about usually not so great movies) rolling!

Oh good, it’s not just me being late then.
Belated happy new year, and all the best to all the B-Masters!
