Guess how I spent Valentine’s Day?
The Amityville Curse (1990)
Amityville 1992: It’s About Time (1992)
Amityville: A New Generation (1993)
Amityville Dollhouse (1996)
(By the way, no-one should feel obliged to actually read these. In fact, I would strongly recommend against it!)

Reading them is surely a whole lot more fun than watching the films would be! Low bar, I know.

Still, it could be worse: I do manage to wring a little entertainment out of these.

Ooo, I think that’s all of them transferred. That means I can read them…*sigh*…next weekend…
What is with the majority of the B-Masters acting like they suck at writing? There is a vast selection of material that proves the contrary. Offhand, I think only one, possibly both, of the Keiths have avoided doing this.
Silly self-deprecating cinema scribes.

It’s not so much the writing* as the subject overkill: having just been through these films again, I’m concerned about the likely consequences of an overdose. 🙂
(*C’mon, ever met a writer who was satisfied with what they wrote??)

I have felt that way once or twice about my writings, but perhaps I’m unusual in that regard. I’ve defintely not felt that way for the most part, though, and I can’t say I can think of any others off-hand that have, so I take your point.
