This is offtopic, but here’s a new feature I’m going to try out. Going to start dealing with some strange foods I don’t understand on the grocery store shelves.

I still can’t believe people eat corn smut for #&@%^’s sake.
I can say, however, that natto is ONE OF THE NASTIEST THINGS YOU COULD EVER PUT IN YOUR MOUTH. And this guy’s description captures the experience near-flawlessly.
Waitaminnit…you’re named Steve as well…
That’s not you is it?…
Is this some weird cult thing? People named Steve eating $#!+ that people shouldn’t eat?

I didn’t realize when I was watching this that I had the YouTube sound turned down and iTunes in the background was playing the Hammer horror track “Who Dares Disturb the Sanctity of Dracula.” It actually worked PERFECTLY.

Sadly, Joshua is correct. I think that one stands out because I’m pretty sensitive to textures as far as food goes, and that one horrified me to an extent that should be reserved for Fear Factor contestants.
As to the kraut juice…I like kraut and all, but I don’t know that I want to drink it. Doesn’t seem right.

As official category nazi (how appropriate!), I must point out that this should go in the “Hoopla” category, which encompasses announcements by Cabal members on extra-Cabalistic projects. (That’s “extra” as in “outside,” not as in “even more.”)

That natto test included a phrase that I believe will stay with me for the rest of my natural days: “…kinda like baked beans. If they were baked in the filthy heat of Satan’s asshole.”
