From a mainstream/theatrical POV, you could argue that either DOUBLE DRAGON or CRADLE 2 THE GRAVE was Mark Dacascos’ high point. Most people, however, will quickly say that ONLY THE STRONG and DRIVE are his best films ever (most will say that the latter is the best American martial arts film ever). That said, how was the fight choreography in this film?

Practically nonexistent. Most of his opponents are zombies, so a roundhouse kick followed by a bullet usually finishes them off.

I’m not as up on my Mark Dacascos as some around here, but I have to say that I found Solar Attack (aka Solar Strike) surprisingly entertaining – in a good way.

I like that Deadlands has a subtitle, as if it may just be the first of a dynasty Deadlands movies. Hope springs eternal I guess.

Ah I miss the days when it was all low-budget slasher movies around here.
