Obviously inspired in part by the 1990 movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the family flick Adventures In Dinosaur City doesn’t have the budget or writing to succeed with adults or kids.

This movie is kind of fascinating in its awfulness. And it’s not as forgettably dreary as, say, Theodore Rex.
Whom they are trying to rip off is made pretty clear by the scene where one dinosaur says, after a fight: “We laid them out like turtles!“

“We laid them out like turtles”?
That doesn’t sound very impressive. In fact it sounds like something I might do, which (fight-wise) is about as unimpressive as you can get.
