I spent 12 years living just down the road from the Furzedown pub and went past it about 6000 times, and I can honestly say that not once did I ever think ‘I bet that turns up in an Amityville movie’
I now hope that my local corner shop will be the star of the next film in the franchise.

I think you’re spoiled enough already!
I’ve seen it in a couple of other things, just as an exterior; you’d of course be in a much better position to know, but the interiors looked legit (particularly the signage for ‘Furzeday Night’).
